Amanda Battistoni is a business, community, and civic leader who partners with city governments, private businesses, humanitarian organizations, and local neighborhood agencies on promoting positive community and economic growth throughout Tampa Bay, Florida and Southeast Michigan.
After spending nearly two decades working in educational, community, and business leadership, Amanda knows what truly drives real estate opportunities, commercial and residential property values, and what attracts new residents and businesses to communities— and it’s not simply by mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It’s by creating inviting neighborhoods for sustainable economic growth, promoting a better environment, and connecting with the heart-beat of the people.
She has led several civic and community board memberships. Amanda was elected to two 4 year terms as Vice Chairman of the Ballantrae Community Development District Board in Pasco County. She served on the Imagine Schools — Land O’ Lakes Governing Board of Managers as the President of the Board. She was also on the Board of Directors of the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, the Board of Trustees of The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, and was the Vice President of Faith Charity Flights, USA.
Under her leadership as the Imagine Schools — Land O’ Lakes Board President, Pasco County School District in conjunction with Pasco County Government approved a permanent school site and she coordinated with the school site developer on the construction of a 43,000 square foot building in effort to alleviate over crowding in local elementary schools.
In addition to her extensive career in community, civic, and educational leadership, Amanda was a high school teacher and college adjunct professor educating students in literature, writing and research, journalism, and mass media communications. Amanda is a respected business consultant and co-founder of several companies ranging from aviation to information technology to interior design and construction management. She uses her expertise in these areas combined with her real estate experience to represent buyers in new home construction purchases and supports her clients throughout the entire construction process. Amanda is also resourceful in pairing clients with local real estate agents who are experts in areas where she is not.
In her free time, Amanda volunteers as a certified crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line, promotes Kind Acts Matter and recently led The Power of the People Mission delivering millions of pounds of hurricane relief supplies to Puerto Rico. She enjoys boating, hiking, swimming, and attending the Tampa Bay Lightning games at Amalie Arena in Downtown Tampa with her husband. They currently reside near Clearwater Beach with their three Cavalier Kings Charles Cavaliers, Maverick, Goose and Charlotte.
Amanda holds a MA in Educational Administration and Community Leadership from Central Michigan University; and a BS in Secondary Education from Wayne State University.
